Breakfast at Vila Vita Parc Resort and Spa was something different !  During our trip to Portugal last september 2013, we stayed at Vila Vita for 4 nights, Every early morning we used to enjoy our breakfast at The Bela Vita Restaurant which located in the ground floor of the main building of the resort, Bela Vita Restaurant was set in a beautiful place with a garden terrace as you can see in the photo above…This time I will make it short and let you enjoy a special tour on The Breakfast at Vila Vita Parc Resort and Spa ….  exceptional service, big variety of food, delicious buffet breakfast in a perfect atmosphere !  بما انه اليوم الاحد و كلنا رادين للدوامات قلت احط لكم هالبوست … تغيير اشوي و كلنا نستاهل شي حلو و يشرح النفس كل يوم الصبح .. كلنا نستاهل ريوق حلة باصنافه و هم مكانه .. اول شي صباح الخير جميعا … الله على ذكريات الرحلات و السفرات الي ناخذها حول العالم .. تفاصيلها الدقيقه ما تنسي .. احلى شي لمه الانسان ايمع هالتفاصيل اكثر من اقتناء الاشياء … من التفاصيل الجميله الي عشتها كانت اثناء رحلتي للبرتغال و تحديدا لمه سكنت منتجع و سبا  فيلا فيتا في اقليم الغارف … كتبت تقرير سابق عن هالمنتجع عن لحظه الوصول و خذيتكم بجوله في غرفتنا و حدايق المنتجع و ذكرت انه باقي اشياء وايد براويكم اياها في هالمنتجع .. اليوم براويكم الريوق … الريوق في منتجع فيلا فيتا كان غير .. كلنا مجربين ريوق في منتجعات و اوتيلات مختلفه .. تتنوع الاصناف او تقل كلنا اندور الاكل اللذيذ و القعده الحلوه … بالنسبه لي مو كل مكان سكنت فيه و جربت ريوقه كانت قعدنه حلوه و شرحه …. اقدر اقول ريوقي في فيلا فيتا بارك فاز باحلى قعده ريوق جربتها خلال سفراتي و اقامتي بالمنتجعات و الاوتيلات … اصناف متنوعه من الخبر و الاجبان و العصائر غير البيض و الاشياء الي احنا متعودين عليها في بوفيهات ريوق الفنادق و المنتجعات … خدمه تهبل و لا اروع  و طبعا القعده خيااليه .. في قعده داخليه بمكان الريوق و في قعده خارجيه … يهبل المكان شراحه و هدوء و ناس ذربه ماكو صيحه و لجه و الاحلى احنا الخليجين و العرب الوحيدين .. دار مدارنا كله اجانب … ما ادري ليش واايد حسيت قعده الريوق شايفتها في مشاهد بعض الافلام من كثر ما كل شي اينن … اما بالنسبه لمكان الريوق كان يمنا بالمبنى الرئيسي للمنتجع .. بالدور التحتي تحت اللوبي بالضبط .. في احلى من انه الواحد يبدي يومه باحلى و الذ اصناف الاكل كله من خير الله  مع قعده حلوه و براد  يهبل في مكان بعيد ووجهه مو وايد ناس يوحون لها  … صورت لكم بعض الصور السريعه لبوفيه الريوق في منتجعنا فيلا فيتا …. انجووووي

Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel- The Azores

 Time went by so fast on that day during the Whale Watch tour in So Miguel, Later when we arrived back to the marina, we decided to have a fast snack at a café that is located next to Futurismo Office, then we we decided to take a walking tour in the city of Ponta Delgada. Ponta Delgada is a city and municipality on the island of São Miguel in the archipelago of the Azores, Ponta Delgada is the administrative capital of the Autonomous Region of the Azores, So its like if it’s the Capital of the nine Islands of the Azores.   

The main entry point and the only airport in Sao Miguel, João Paul II (Nordela) International Airport handles domestic flights to São Miguel island, as well as international flights from Europe and North America to the Azores. Carriers that fly to São Miguel are  SATA International and TAP Air Portugal and are the primary Portuguese air carriers serving the island. In addition, several cruise lines make Ponta Delgada a waypoint when journeying across the Atlantic. The marina at Ponta Delgada also welcomes many yachts from around the world.

في يومنا الثالث  وقتنا مر بسرعه من بدايه اليوم مع رحله مشاهده الحيتان في جزيره ساو ميغييل – جزر الازوريش – البرتغال … 3 ساعات قضيناها بالمحيط مرت بسرعه كانها 3 دقايق من كثر ما التجريه الي عشناها كانت غير و ممتعه و يديده … يومها بعد ما ردينا المارينا قعدنا بكافيه ناكل لنا وجبه خفيفه و حزتها قررنا انه انكمل يومنا بالمينه و ناخد جوله استكشافيه فيها باحسن و احلى طريقه الي اهي التمشي .. وايد احب اتمشى من غير لا اخصص اني رايحه لمكان معين .. امشي و استمتع بالي القاه من معالم و سكيك و محلات شعبيه … المدينه الي تمشينا في اهي المدينه الرئيسيه بجزيره ساو ميغييل و هم تعتبر اكبر المدن في جزر الازوريس التسعه و فيها Continue reading →

Cozido das Furnas, Sao Miguel- The Azores

The amazing traditional Lunch that I had in Furnas, Sao Miguel Island – The Azores in Portugal ! This is “ Cozido das Furnas”  The Azorean tradition meal . What is so special about this meal ? well Cozido is one of the most popular dishes of the Azores, It’s cooked in a Natural Kitcken,using the natural steam venting along the shores of Furnas lake ” Lagoa das Furnas” Cozido is a meal that contains meat (Chicken – Lamp – Pork )  and vegetables that are all placed in a pot then cooked for several hours buried in the ground of Furnas, a service that only active volcanic activity can offer :D . As for us Muslims we don’t eat Pork so we asked our tour guide Gary  to arrange for a Cozido without Pork :D  The Pot goes down in the boiling hole next to Lagoa das Furnas and left there for 6 Hours for the meal to be ready. So usually the pot is placed there early morning so when tourist arrive after stopping by many attractions on the Island, they find their pot ready to be pulled out of the hole :D   Not only tourist enjoy The Cozido, The Cozido is also the Popular Sunday lunch for most of the Azorean People :)

من امتع التجارب الي مرت علينا خلال جولتنا الاستكشافيه لليوم الثاني في جزيره ساو ميغييل – الازوريش في البرتغال اهيه تجربه غدانا الي انطبخ على بخار البركان …. من قبل لا اروح البرتغال كنت اقرا عن اهم الاشياء الي لازم ما اتطوفنا في ساوو ميغييل و قريت انه لازم زوار  الجزيره يجربون الطبق الشعبي التقليدي المعروف في الازوييس و بالتحديد في منطقه فرناس او فورنش … هالطبق اسمه كوزيدو فرناس و هو عباره عن لحم ودجاج و Continue reading →

 Two days ago that tiramisu made my day … to be honest it’s the BEST Tiramisu that I ever had :D   I totally believe that trying something new adds a sparkle to your day … even the little details having like my coffee at a different place or trying something other than the usual …. luckly I had the chance to pass by the newly opened Espressamente illy  in the new extension of The Avenues Mall ( ground floor exactly right next to the fountain, below KidsZania ) – in Kuwait City. Espressamente illy opens every day from 9.30 am to midnight, it features distinctive lounge seating area where you can enjoy espresso and special coffee recipes, Italian food items and a selection of illy branded merchandise.

حلو لذيييذ … قهوه شربتها بس كانت غريبه نصها حار و نصها بارد .. قعده مريحه .. في مكان شرح بالافنيوز .. هذي كانت بدايه يومي قبل يومين بالافنيوز مول – الكويت …. هالقهوه ما صار لها موده من افتحت اظنتي اسبوع يمكن .. قهوه ايطاليه … التريماسو كااااانت شي خيااال و ترف و تحسون بالطعم انها فرش .. القهوه هم كانت حلوه و الي يحلي التجربه اليديده اكيد وجود ناس و صديقات تكون اليمعه معاهم غير .. الخدمه ممتازه .. احب لمى الويترس تقعد تقولي جربي كذا او عندنا هالقهوه اكثر شي مطلوبه و بعدها تيي تسال اعجبتج و لا لا .. هالتفاصيل وايد تهمني ..المنيو تقسيمه عجبني ووايد بسيط …. مكان القهوه بالضبط تحت مكان الالعاب اليديد كذز زينيا في الافنيوز مول- ذا مول قريب من سوكو .. بالنص يمه نافوره و قهوه سكند كب .. تفتح يوميا من الساعه 9:30 الى Continue reading →

How lovely it is to start a new day in another spot in this world, not really far away from  your home, your country but yet it’s the little change that happens when you move and roam around even if you cross boundaries to a close by destination. That’s where I  had an amazing breakfast with my cousins a couple of weeks ago when we decided that She the birthday girl deserves to celebrate her birthday in Dubai ! Dubai is one of the closest destination to my country Kuwait! That day we left in the morning the first flight on Jazeera Airways then back to Kuwait late that night on the same day. The flight almost take an hour and 15 minutes from Kuwait to Dubai .

شي وايد حلو انه الواحد يصبح في ديره بس يبدي يومه في ديره ثانيه و خصوصا  اذا كانت هالديره قريبه مثل دبي الغاليه .. التغيير وايد مهم و انا من الاشخاص الي احب التغيير و من كثر ما احبه احس انه اهوه هم  قام يحبني  :) من قبل جم اسبوع قررنا انه نروح دبي الصبح و نرجع بليل  للاحتفال بعيد ميلاد وحده من صديقاتي ووايد غاليه على و بفضل طيران الجزيره و رحلاته العجيبه تتحقق الامنيات ..

و بدايه يومنا كانت من المطار سيده للمكان الي تشوفون صورته فوق” ذي بافليون داون تاون دبي” و تريقنا فيه   ؟ شقصه هالمكان و اشلون لقيته او وين سمعت عنه ؟

Cascais – Day 1 – Portugal Trip

 The final stop that we made on our first day tour around Lisbon was at Cascais.We arrived at Cascais later that day after touring Sintra ,luckily before sunset . We had the chance to tour the place and take some photos around .

Cascais is a small beach-/coastal town west of Portugal that is 40 minutes away by car from Lisbon, The Capital. Cacais is considered one of  the former residence of the royal family and pioneer of tourism in Portugal, It’s well known for its charming beaches and narrow uphill cobbled streets. Many people love to explore that town by foot others prefer bikes or scooters. Before I went to Portugal I prepared that big list with things to do and enjoy there. Some of my list included some amazing high class restaurants in Cascais well known for delicious Seafood. Nosolo Italia – Lisbon, Portugal

 When the sun went down, it was time to find us a nice place to have our first treat to celebrate the arrival to a new destination ” Portugal ” .This is something I love to do whenever I reach a new destination :) .Our walking tour on that day ended by the riverside right at ” Comercio Square” which is also known as Terreiro do Paço or “the palace’s square,”  because its where the royal palace stood for over two centuries until 1755, when its was destroyed by the Great Earthquake. Most of the government offices that once surrounded the square have now been taken over by restaurants with outdoor tables.

Saffron Thai Restaurant – Banyan Tree Alwadi

 One of the best Tom Yum Soups that I  ever tasted in my life !!! so delicious ! Well During my stay at Banyan Tree Alwadi Ras Alkhaimah, UAE few weeks ago, I had the chance to dine at Saffron Restaurant, the signature restaurant at Banyan Tree Alwadi offering authentic Thai food !

The Overall experience was good, amazing food actually ! the place has a beautiful atmosphere, quiet and cosy but a little  disappointing service, the staff were friendly and helpful but everything went too slow ! what I mean is that there was know one at the restaurant’s enterance to seat us, our order was taken after awhile, we had to wait so long  for everything ! I think its the lack of staff ! that’s all ! and I really hope they work on it since the food was really tasty ! As for what we ordered, fist there was some complimentary thai treat  which was served at our table something like crackers and chips, all from Thai cuisine . Banyan Tree Alwadi – AlWaha Breakfast

 Have you ever tried heading to the breakfast restaurant by a bike ride ? at your resort getaway ? that was so cute ! finding all those bikes at the restaurant’s enterance ..a new activity to do at a getaway ! I love those simple details .. that you practice differently during your trip ! Unfortunately, I didn’t try it because the weather was very hot :P . Anyways as for the breakfast at Banyan Tree Alwadi – Ras Alkhaimah, UAE , it is served everyday at Alwaha Restaurants starting from 6:30 AM until 11:00AM .. well, on my first morning there, I arrived late maybe at 8:30 and yeah I consider that to be late :) but on my second morning I was there early at 6:45 AM and that’s when I had the chance to take some photos of the brakfast Buffet ! are you guys ready ?
